Sometimes it is fun to take Avery out and about just to get out of the house. Avery was born right before the pandemic, she really didn’t get to see people outside Mom and Dad till she turned two. She loves to see all the people when going to H.E.B., her favorite restaurant, or to Maui Maui Kids Play Island. There is the moment when Avery is in public that I think it just becomes sensory overload for her and she runs wild with it. She tends to take off screaming “HI!” to every person she runs into. Most people are delighted to say hi in return and some folks are just down right annoyed, but Avery doesn’t seem to care about those she annoys and just keeps on walking. As she should be that way. She is three and doesn’t let other people’s bad day effect her. That’s my girl sticking to her own guns.
Avery loves, loves, loves her French fries from McDonald’s or the local fast food venue Whataburger. Sometimes she will eat some protein if she feels like it. She is quite picky about what she eats, only trying new things when she’s in the mood to do so. With that tongue sticking out in the picture, you know she’s up to no good or thinking about doing random shenanigan’s like jumping on top of the table or licking the window next to the booth. Maybe she might start acting like a puppy and lick Daddy or Mommy’s face and begin barking like a puppy who knows. One thing is for sure, you can expect her to do the dandiest things ever and maybe even laugh out loud with her.
Yeah, she’s getting excited about trying on new jackets. Of course she picked the one that was two sizes to big for her cause it was pink. But don’t let that fool you. One day she likes the color pink and the next day it’s purple or blue. That day she was just in the mood for pink. We didn’t et the hat though, although I wish we had. She has decided she likes donut holes now. Her favorite kind is chocolate and she will definitely tell you that’s her favorite kind and or candy. When we are at the grocery store Avery loves to help Daddy push the cart all through the aisles. She will even hang on for dear life on the side of the cart or the front and enjoy the ride, but not for very long. Then she gets off the cart and decides to walk in front waving to everyone like she is in miss Texas beauty pageant.
She is a hand full and keeps Mommy and Daddy on our toes continually. Avery can be quite the character or very much so an Evil Knievel.
